Summary: PanoraTour (hereinafter "the App") is a cultural-travel VR content browsing and creation application. The App collects certain personal information that you voluntarily provide or that is generated during your use (see table below) to provide you with account, content publishing, nearby-spot navigation, work upload, and community interaction features. We do not use this information for ad tracking, nor do we sell your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information following the principle of data minimization, all linked to your device/account identity:

Identifiers	Device ID (`ios_<UUID>`), User ID, Login token	A stable device identifier is generated in the iOS Keychain on first launch, used to establish an account and associate your content and favorites; not used for cross-app ad tracking.
Precise Location	GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude)	Obtained only when you use "Nearby Spots" and after your authorization; used for distance-based sorting, spot navigation, and custom spot coordinate annotation.
User Content	Post titles/body, comments, uploaded panoramas / 3D models, custom spot descriptions & covers, user avatars	Voluntarily published or uploaded by you; stored for public display (after moderation), community interaction, and content creation.
Photos or Videos	Images selected from your system photo library	Selected by you when publishing posts, uploading spot covers / avatars / panoramas; other album content is not uploaded.
Browsing History	Browsed spots / post IDs, names, cover images	Synced to the server as you browse content; used for "Browsing History" review.

2. How We Use Information

Create and maintain your account, linking your published content, favorites, and browsing history;
Provide nearby-spot distance calculation and navigation coordinates;
Store and display your uploaded VR works, posts, comments, and custom spots;
Content safety moderation (see "Information Sharing" below);
Verify your identity and process requests when you contact customer support.

We do not use collected information for advertising, cross-app/website user tracking, nor do we sell personal information to third parties.

3. Storage & Security

Uploaded images, panoramas, 3D models, and other files are uploaded directly to Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS); account and content metadata are stored in our server database.
Device identifiers are stored in the iOS Keychain and remain stable after reinstall; resetting the device will clear them.
We employ reasonable encryption and access control measures to protect your information, but please be aware that internet transmission cannot guarantee 100% security.

4. Information Sharing

Aside from the following situations, we do not share your personal information with third parties:

Cloud Service Provider: To provide file storage, your uploaded content is stored on Alibaba Cloud OSS (Hangzhou region).
Content Safety Moderation: To comply with laws, regulations, and platform policies, user-published content may undergo machine/human moderation by content safety services; content that fails moderation will not be made public.
Legal Requirements: When required by law or competent authorities, we may provide relevant information in accordance with legal procedures.

5. Your Rights

Access & Correction: You can view and edit your nickname, avatar, and other profile information in the "Profile" page.
Delete Content: You can delete your own posts, comments, VR works, favorites, and browsing history at any time; OSS files are removed when works are deleted.
Account Deletion: You can clear your local identity via "Settings → Reset Device", or contact us to delete your server-side account and related data.
Withdraw Authorization: You can revoke location, photo library, and other permissions at any time in iOS "Settings → Privacy"; after revocation, related features will be unavailable, but other services remain unaffected.

6. Minor Protection

This App is primarily intended for adult users. If you are a minor, please use it under the supervision of a guardian; we do not actively collect sensitive information from minors. If a guardian discovers that a minor has provided personal information without consent, please contact us for deletion.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notices or on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
