Welcome to "SinoQuiz" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by Taiyuan Hanhai Xinsi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). • Content you actively make public: Such as forum posts and leaderboard nicknames, which are visible to other users.
• Service providers: We may integrate the WeChat Open Platform SDK for WeChat login and use SMS service providers for verification code delivery. These third parties may only process information within the necessary scope and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
• Protection of rights: When necessary to protect our legitimate rights and interests, as well as those of users or the public.

• WeChat Open Platform SDK: Used for WeChat account login. For relevant information processing, please refer to the "WeChat Privacy Protection Guidelines."
• SMS service providers: Used to send verification codes. Your mobile number will be encrypted during transmission and then processed by the SMS service provider.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on servers located in mainland China. We take measures such as encrypted transmission, access control, and regular backups to protect data security.
• Sensitive information such as passwords is stored in encrypted form. We do not save your password in plain text.
• Although we will do our best to protect data, internet transmission cannot be absolutely secure. Please understand.

6. Data Retention Period

• We retain your personal information for the minimum time necessary to provide the service.
• After you cancel/delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access and correction: You can view and modify your nickname, avatar, gender, and other information in "Personal Center."
• Deletion: You can delete your own posts, comments, and wrong-answer notes.
• Account cancellation: You can cancel your account in "Me → Cancel Account." After cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (user-generated content such as published questions and posts will be retained as anonymous content), unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
• Content reporting and blocking: For user-generated content in the app (forum posts, comments, user-submitted questions, etc.), you can report violations or block specific users. We will handle reports promptly.
• Withdraw consent: You can stop using relevant features or uninstall the app to withdraw consent for the collection of specific information.

8. Protection of Minors

The App is primarily intended for general users. We do not recommend children under 14 to use it alone. If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without guardian consent, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
